Look what we made today!
All the children were involved in printing, decorating and laminating the little tigers and they will take it in turns to change the weather display cards, depending on what is happening outside.
The weather chart is just one of the activity ideas in this e-book that has been written by me and illustrated by Sarah Batty, a Knutsford Childminder.
All the activity ideas are fully illustrated and follow the 6 areas of learning and development of the EYFS. Activity ideas include...
- A range of planned activities for different types of weather conditions;
- Communication, language and literacy games to engage the children and to help you meet CLL requirements;
- Weather banners to display in your setting;
- Problem solving games to engage the children and to help you meet PSR&N requirements;
- A lovely selection of weather colouring pictures;
- Ideas and pictures which can be used for outside weather displays;
- A range of unique games and activity suggestions designed by the author Sarah Neville and illustrator Sarah Batty, which you can use with the children;
- A weather chart to make with the children;
- Weather songs and rhymes sheets and extension activity ideas for many of the songs;
- A set of 4 seasons banners to display with your weather chart;
- A set of multicultural weather banners... and much more!
This e-book is dispatched on a CD within 48 hours of purchase... it is currently advertised on EBay (Knutsford Childminding) and will be appearing shortly on my Knutsford Childminding website.
